Step by step guided cooking.
Your Thermomix will guide you step by step using the Cookidoo® recipe platform which has over 70,000 recipes from all over the world and it’s available at the touch of your fingers. When you start a recipe, your Thermomix will let you know when to add each ingredient and it has the time, temperature and speed all pre-loaded for you. A Cookidoo® membership allows users to search for thousands of recipes, create personalised folders for saving favourite recipes, add meals to a weekly planner, create a shopping list and even put through an online order via your local Woolworths store.
Manual cooking.
If you are following a recipe from a hard copy cookbook or the Recipe Community, you can manually select the time, temperature and speed on your touchscreen. Manual cooking allows you to adapt or create your own Thermomix recipes. If you are wanting to convert your recipes to Thermomix, we highly recommend checking out page 22 ‘How to cook your own recipes’ in the Basic Cookbook which is included with a TM6 purchase.
Pre-set modes and functions.
The TM6 has 20 functions and 14 pre-set modes to explore including inbuilt scales weighing in 1 gram increments, dough, turbo, pre-clean, blend, egg boiler, kettle, warm up, thicken, rice cooker, slow cook, sous-vide, fermentation and high heat modes. You know what else is awesome? The Thermomix gets smarter and better in time as software updates can deliver new modes straight to your machine.
